Roy Sanders Real Estate Seminars, Inc., S.A. (“Sanders”) and the entities represented have spent the last year identifying real estate opportunities in Panama, Central America. Sanders’ has met with government officials; officers of major banks in Panama and has interviewed builder / developers in order to assure that we have found the best possible real estate opportunities available.

“Sanders” is now conducting a series of real estate educational seminars throughout the United States. These seminars are by invitation only. At these meeting our company will identify specific opportunities. One is a high rise condo complex in the heart of downtown Panama City. Another is a beachfront community consisting of single family homes. You will also be given access to exclusive opportunities through our company website – these specific properties are also part of this agreement.

In order to protect its interest “Sanders” is requesting you sign this agreement that states as simply as possible, that you will not use the information obtained in our seminars or from our website to circumvent “Sanders” and/or purchase these aforementioned properties directly for yourself or anyone else and will not share this information with anyone, for a period of one year. In effect, this is a simplified non-disclosure, non-compete, confidentially agreement.

Your signature is required on this agreement before admittance to any of our Real Estate Seminars; before being given secured information through our website or from our representatives.
